Reservations can be taken for Bōkan 37 Restaurant for a 2 hour seating, and are subject to availability. Tables by the window are allocated on a first come, first seated basis. Bōkan 37 Restaurant do not accept reservations for drinks only.

Guillaume Gillan, Executive Chef at Bōkan, brings diverse international experience to the acclaimed sky-high restaurant in Canary Wharf. Set on the 37th floor, the restaurant focuses on contemporary European dining using locally sourced, British ingredients.
Growing up in the beautiful city of Nice in the South of France, Guillame has been passionate about good food since childhood. His extensive career began by training at Paul Augier in Nice for five years, followed by an apprenticeship at Le Grill in Monaco from Alain Ducasse before moving to London to cook at the renowned Bulgari Hotel. After a stint working at a private members club, Guillame joined the Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Jöel Robuchon where he met Aurelie Altemaire. Two years later, Guillame joined Aurelie at Bōkan and has not looked back since!
