Reservations can be taken for Bōkan 37 Restaurant for a 2 hour seating, and are subject to availability. Tables by the window are allocated on a first come, first seated basis. Bōkan 37 Restaurant do not accept reservations for drinks only.
No Show/cancellation: Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations and if not received we will apply a cancellation fee of £20 per person for restaurant bookings and £10 per person for Bar bookings.

Cake Policy: Please note we do not allow external catering to be brought into the restaurant or bar including cakes. If you would like a cake to be arranged for your event please contact our events team 72hrs prior to the event on email@example.com.

Our Executive Chef Robert Manea grew up in the North of Romania close to the beautiful capital city of Moldova Iasi. Robert even as a child had a huge passion for good food which comes from his mother and he has many great memories of being by her side in the family kitchen.
In 2013 Robert relocated to London as he knew this was where he could continue his culinary journey. During the first year he worked for an agency gaining invaluable experience at The Ledbury and then found his home with the legendary Michelin-starred L’Atelier Le Joel Robouchon where he worked for 5 years. He progressed very quickly through the ranks led by his natural passion and skill for cookery.
Robert joined Bokan when it opened its doors on February 14th 2017 joining the former Head Chef from L’Atelier. He was an integral part of the opening and the success of Bokan. In 2019 he was promoted to Head Chef and has now taken up the reins in June 2022 of Executive Chef.
Robert’s ethos is to deliver a great dining experience and believes passion is from the heart and can never see himself doing anything else. He loves to see the smiles he creates when our guests love his food. He is always on the floor delivering the plates personally to the guests and showcasing his passion, creativity and talent.
