Dress code: Smart casual. Bōkan regret that entry will not be allowed to those wearing flip flops and the team reserves the right to deny entrance should a guest’s attire and overall presentation not adhere to our dress code.
Age policy: If you are lucky enough to look under 21 you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 when you buy alcohol. Guests under 18 years of age accompanied by their parent / guardian are welcome in Bōkan. Children under 12 years of age accompanied by their parent / guardian are welcome in Bōkan 38 | 39 until 21:00 pm.
Pet policy: Guide dogs are welcome in any of the hotel bars and restaurant.
No Show/cancellation: Please note we require a minimum of 12 hours notice for all cancellations and if not received we will apply a cancellation fee of £20 per person for restaurant bookings and £10 per person for Bar bookings.
